Water Closets Warranty 
1) Period of warranty coverage 

1.1  : The warranty period begins from the date on the invoice and is only valid upon presentation of the original invoice. The warranty period of the Water Closets is 10 years for ceramic. 5 years for flushing mechanism. We reserve the right to decide to either repair or exchange of the same model. The warranty does not include replacement or installation services, delivery service or disposable service. Please find the necessary terms and conditions under ( Limited Warranty Services ). 

1.2  : We assure our Users that the products are free from factory, material and design defects. In the scenario of a damage or fault being reported, the report has to be made immediately upon receiving. if not it will be deem that the product received is in good condition. Thereafter which all cases will be ignored.

2) Limited Warranty and Services 

 2.1 : We are not responsible and the warranty is void in the scenario, of improper installation or ,      modifications, damages arising from abuse, heavy impact , dropped objects, exposure of corrosive chemicals on the items , poor care or faulty maintenance. 

 2.2 : The warranty will not cover the below mentioned:

  • Damage due to intentional or unintentional force.
  • Normal wear and tear;
  • Corrosion due to usage of cleaning liquid and/or acidic liquid that caused chemical reactions to the product;
  • Effects of hard water;
  • Damage due to inadequate flushing of system;
  • Damage caused by excessive incoming water pressure;
  • Damage to finishes by adhesives & sealants etc;
  • Small particulates remaining in existing pipes;
  • Any damages resulting from misuse, abuse or neglect.

2.3 : We reserve the right to charge any service fee at any point of time if needed during the warranty period.

2.4 : In the rise of the need for replacement, the warranty does not include installation services. If needed there will be charges.

*Our Decision on all questions related to either defects, workmanship or material shall be conclusive and the customer shall agree and accept by such a decision.
*We reserved the right to make and conclude any final decision.
*The warranty is valid for use in SINGAPORE only. 

Shower & Faucets Warranty 
1) Period of warranty coverage 

1.1  : The warranty period begins from the date on the invoice and is only valid upon presentation of the original invoice. The warranty period of the Faucets or Rain Shower sets is 12 months for factory and materials defects only. We reserve the right to decide to either repair or exchange of the same model. The warranty does not include replacement or installation services. Please find the necessary terms and conditions under ( Limited Warranty Services ). 

1.2  : We assure our Users that the products are free from factory, material and design defects. In the scenario of a damage or fault being reported, the report has to be made immediately upon receiving, if not it will be deem that the product received is in good condition. 2.4 : The warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from any alteration, modification, improper or unreasonable use or maintenance of the product. 

2.5 : The warranty will not cover the below mentioned:

  • Damages resulting by great force, normal wear or tear, intentionally or un-intentionally in the scenario of negligence damages to the product itself. 
  • If the products damages are caused by the authorized sellers and plumbers or any other third party person 
  • In the event of the product is damaged during the transportation or delivery and during the installation which was not from carry out from our inhouse personnel. The warranty will be void. 
  • Inappropriate usage or handling of the products. 
  • If the product damage/defect is akin to scratches, reduce of gloss, discolorations, oxidations, unevenness, or other surfaces defects. Arising from external issues such as wear and tear or  inappropriate usage , handling or cleaning ways. 
  • When the damage/defects on the products arises from exposure to ‘’chemicals and cleaning agents’’ lime scale, lime stone, lime or ice. 
  • The damage or defect is caused by intentional or unintentional negligence by the end user of the product. 
  • Damage caused by excessive incoming water pressure;
  • Damage to finishes by adhesives & sealants etc;
  • Small particulates remaining in existing pipes;

Kitchen Sinks Warranty 
1) Period of warranty coverage 

1.1 : The warranty period begins from the date on the invoice and is only valid upon presentation of the original invoice. The warranty period of the Kitchen Sinks is 12 months for factory defects only. Please find the necessary terms and conditions under ( Limited Warranty Services ).

2) Limited Warranty and Services

2.1 : We are not responsible in the scenario, of improper installation, modifications, damages arising from abuse, heavy impact , dropped objects, exposure of corrosive chemicals or items , poor care of maintenance.

2.2 : The warranty covers any ( factory defects ) under normal use during the warranty period of 12 months.

2.3 : Do take note that spare parts and servicing are chargeable if they do not fall under the factory defects or if the warranty period has expired.

2.4 : The product shall be operated solely for domestic purposes and not for any other purposes whatsoever and used strictly in accordance with the instruction for operation as provided for the product.

2.5 : The warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from any alteration, modification, improper or unreasonable use or maintenance of the product and/or ignoring the warning listed below .

  • Do not rub the surface using detergent ( includes polishing material ) or the use of scrubbing brush made of metal or any other sharp objects.
  • In the scenario of food with thick pigments ( just to name a few example : Curry, kimchi, Coffee etc.) Dirt , alkaline detergents coming in contact with the surface of counter tops, due diligence of removing them immediately has to be taken.
  • Do not drain/pour hot oil or boiling water directly into the sink/countertop.
  • Do not place example boiling kettle or heated frying pan or any heated objects directly on the surface.
  • Do not use any kind of chlorinated detergents on stainless steel counter tops.
  • Do not leave any salt, soya sauce, dirt, knives, metals etc., rusty items  on the surface for a period of time.
  • Fitting of other devices to the product

2.6: In the rise of the need for replacement, we would not be providing installation services. If needed there will be charges.

Additional Guide Information to take note

‘’Top 2 Common Issues with Sink ‘’

No 1 : ‘’RUSTY SINKS’’

Stainless Steel do not rust. However in the situation when rust arises on the surfaces. This is the outcome of foreign iron particles. ( Renovation Jobs, placing of cast iron, rusty nails washing rust in the sink, Drill dust falling/landing on it ) So please make sure to cover the sink when doing any renovation works to avoid these unforeseen issues. 

  • If it happens, wet the sink. Apply CIF cream and polish/ rub the rusty parts away using a soft cloth. ( an example would be the kind of soft cloth use for car wash usually in yellow or orange ) Hard/rough cloth will cause the sink surface to have scratches as well.
No 2 : ‘’My sink has water droplets forming’’.

It is commonly misunderstood as sink is leaking. It is actually known as condensation.

This happens when the temperature in the cabinet itself is higher than the temperature outside of the cabinet. Causing the sink to have condensation. It can damage the pipes, floors and storage below the sink. It may also cause some areas to rot and mould may build-up, if not properly cleaned.

One life, example would be if you take out a tub of ice cream and leave it for a while. You will start to see many water droplets forming on the surface.

The higher the level of temperature difference, the chances of condensation increases. When The Sunlight is directly shining on the cabinet itself, the temperature rises, causing it be more moist and warmer in it. To avoid this issue its best to create ventilation for it, ventilation rings are also recommended to be place on the cabinet door itself.

*Do not Defrost your frozen items in your sink as well.
