Sales Terms & Conditions

1. The payment paid herein is NOT REFUNDABLE.
2. We retain ownership & property right on goods delivered until their entire payment is settled.
3. Seller’s obligation to supply item(s) ordered is subject to the availability of such item(s): the deposit in respect of the non-available item(s) shall be refunded to the purchaser. Neither party shall have any rights against each other.
4. All non-DZR brass fillings/pipes, non-approved taps/mixers/fillings by PUB water department are for export only and not for use in Singapore.
